![]() ![]() Duplication's of rom images are alimented. a merged Mr Do rom archive contains 51 rom images. Mr Do has 15 rom images in a archive same with the clones, the only difference is a single rom image. Machines like Mr Do have clones like Mr Lo. Merged set besides of of rom images for said machine, it also include rom images from clones of said machine.I you plan on building a mame box,, you don't want an entire set. You run these images from mame as a stand alone, unless it's needs a sample. This is how the rom images are distributed. Non-merged set each rom archive have rom images with bios and devices images.Bios and devices for that machine w\ rom images are separate. Split set each each rom archive have just the rom images for just that machine.There's 3 types of rom sets you can have split, non-merged and merged.
